Inspect property to determine Advised Letting Value
Photograph the interior and exterior of the property
Market/advertise the property on all major property portals
Show property to prospective tenants
Request references from tenants and verify all documentation
Supply a copy of the inventory to the tenant
Draw up and provide lease agreement
Read [gas/electricity/utility] meters and transfer those utilities into the tenant’s name
Arrange setup of standing order
Complete the Registration Tenancy Board (RTB) form and submit it along with the appropriate fee
We will hold a set of keys and be the main contact with the tenant on all matters that arise so your contact details will not be made available to the tenant
Chase late rents, if necessary
Arrange any repairs or maintenance works. We contact an approved repair/maintenance worker, arrange access and get quotation. Once quotation is approved, we will arrange works to be carried out
Carry out inspections of the property every 6 months
Organise cleaning between tenancies
