We understand that when letting your property, it is vital to get good quality tenants that will respect your property. We not only aim to achieve the most rent in the least amount of time but we will also aim to get you the best tenants possible. We can also tailor a package that suits your needs. Whether you would like to just throw us the keys and let us take care of everything or take a more hands on approach and manage the property yourself, we can work around your needs. We also realise that a potential tenants work schedules can be hectic so we provide viewing times outside normal working hours including afterhours and weekends.

Our letting service includes:
  • No upfront fees.
  • Appraisal of your property including advised rental value and tips on how to maximise your rental income.
  • Photograph the property.
  • Advertise on all major property websites free of charge.
  • Contact our database of qualified tenants.
  • Erect a “To Let” sign at the property (where appropriate).
  • Take enquiries.
  • Arrange viewing times of the property that suit your potential tenant (evenings and weekends included!!).
  • Secure and check all relevant documentation and references.
  • Draw up a standard lease agreement (we can add any special conditions at the landlords request).
  • Register with the Private Residential Tenancies Board.
  • Collect security deposit and first months rent.
  • Transfer utilities.
  • Complete a standing order form for the tenant.
  • Arrange a move in date for the tenants.
  • Supply a statement of account to the Landlord.

5% fee + VAT.

  • We will hold a set of keys and be the main contact with the tenant on all matters that arise so your contact details will not be made available to the tenant
  • Chase late rents, if necessary
  • Rent paid to Landlord as soon as it is received by iMOVE.
  • Arrange any repairs or maintenance works. We contact an approved repair/maintenance worker, arrange access and get quotation. Once quotation is approved, we will arrange works to be carried out
  • Carry out inspections of the property every 6 months
  • Organise cleaning between tenancies
  • Furnish Client with inspection report
  • Contact tenants before end of tenancy to see if they wish to renew.

€50 per month (+ VAT)
